Summer Drive days & training

In summer we offer our rally training tracks and stages, which were part of the WRC Neste Rally and on which many rally legends have left their tyre tracks and set the foundation for their career.

We offer cars for rent, but you can of course bring your own car.

THE BEST TIME TO COME?
The season for summer driving starts usually from the middle of May and ends around the end of September. Training is possible at every day of the week.

We strongly recommend the midsummer period, from the end of June to the end of July. Let yourself be enchanted by the bright nights that this time of year in Finland has to offer, it is an unforgettable memory.

Where we drive?

The training centre is located in Koskenpää in the Rantapirtti Camp, well-known within the international Rally world, it is approximately 50 km from the city of Jyväskylä. The distance from Helsinki is around 250 km, and the drive from the airport takes about 3 hours.

We are also happy to pick you up from Helsinki airport if you do not use your own transport.

Navigating on Finnish gravel roads is an incomparable driving experience which is definitely worth trying.

Training Track 1: Forest Rally Track

Training Track 3: Rally Stage 1

  • Track Name: Lähdelepo
  • Length: 2,2-3,5 kms
  • Corners: Combination of medium speed to high speed corners with several jumps
  • Surface: Hard gravel
  • Additional information: Very technical training/ testing road. Typical Finland WRC Rally forest stage. This road is used by many WRC teams for testing. Allowed only for cars with full safety equipment!

Training Track 4: Rally Stage 2

Specifications:

  • Track Name: Nokkamäki
  • Length: 2,2-4,0 kms
  • Corners: Combination of medium speed to high speed corners with several jumps
  • Surface: Hard gravel
  • Additional information: Very technical training/ testing road. Typical Finland WRC Rally forest stage. This road is used by many WRC teams for testing. Allowed only for cars with full safety equipment!

Training Track 5: Rally Stage 3

Specifications:

  • Track Name: Autiontie 1
  • Length: 3-5 kms
  • Corners: Combination of medium speed to high speed corners with several jumps
  • Surface: Hard gravel
  • Additional information: “Ouninpohja” stage type road. Very technical training/ testing road. Typical Finland WRC Rally forest stage. This road is used by many WRC teams for testing. Allowed only for cars with full safety equipment!

ERM Events has several other rally training roads in its programme.

The roads are typical WRC Neste rally roads with jumps and high-speed corners.

Length: from 2 kms to 5 kms.
